Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

A complimentary taxi was arranged to pick us up (and take us back on departure as well), then we were greeted warmly at the hotel and shown the beautiful spa and facility on arrival. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They even called us to offer to bring us breakfast one morning we all overstepped and almost missed breakfast (which by the way is amazing). The spa is icing on the cake after skiing…with very relaxing massages they arranged for us. It is great value for luxury!!! We would definitely return.

The property location was out of this world. The views and the surrounding town were all so beautiful. The facilities were immaculate, everything felt 5 star, and the staff were all so lovely and went above and beyond to assist with any needs. Also, the restaurants pastry chef needs a special mention, her pain au chocolat was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. We will absolutely be back again! 10/10

Objekat Naco Aparthotel by Arca Spa se nalazi u gradu Cermat, na 5 min. We stayed here for 8 days for a mixture of work and leisure. The room was extremely spacious, tastefully and well designed, and ultra modern, with a lovely bathroom and rain shower and generous cupboards. The kitchenette was small and bare bones in terms of supplies but had everything we needed to prepare several dinners and lunches, as well as teas and coffees. We appreciated having the balcony with Matterhorn view and even got out our binoculars a few times to observe the helicopter flying around it. Because we were working on some days we also appreciated the reliable wifi and the multitude of places to sit (desk, dining table, outdoor balcony table, several chairs and stools). We were blown away by the amazing breakfast buffet – we imagined in an apartment hotel it wouldn't be so good, but because it's the same company as the neighbouring Arca hotel, it was amazing with heaps of variety and top quality food. Was a real treat to start every day in that breakfast room! The reception were extremely helpful with several questions we had and the cleaning staff were friendly too.
