Located 500 metres above Lake Lucerne in the canton of Nidwalden close to Lucerne, this 5-star hotel awaits you with a combination of modern comfort and a traditional Swiss ambience. The location is excellent. The spa is beautiful and the views from everywhere we stayed were great. The Staff were all very friendly and the level of service exceptional. We loved every minute of it.

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

We spent a week in the hotel in April. It is a beautiful property and a great base for walks to Hertenstein, Vitznau and to the cable car to mount Rigi. The hotel is near the ferry dock which provides an easy way to reach the many small pretty towns on the Lake Lucerne. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious! It is a very good opportunity to sample local breads, cheeses and cold meat cuts, and the hostess will also cook eggs to your liking. Our room with the lake view was so pretty! Highly recommend the hotel.

Il Wellness Hotel Stoos si trova a Stoos, un tranquillo villaggio di montagna chiuso al traffico, a 1.300 metri sul livello del mare, sopra Brunnen, sul Lago di Lucerna. La spa, il ristorante e la disponibilità (ho dovuto anticipare molto l’ora di partenza e mi hanno anche fatto trovare un caffè caldo !)
