Every single team member was wonderful, attentive, and genuinely kind. I must especially highlight LILIANA. Her service was simply exceptional, warm , professional, and truly personalized. She made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for.

The welcoming from the family was very warm. Oliberth and his mom Margarita were super friendly, answered every question we had, and helped us with what we needed.The apartament had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable.

More than satisfied with my one week stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. Wifi was strong though the thick walls in the old house weakened it. I was still able to work without problem. Fantastic location as near the intersection where the best restaurants and cafes emenate from in San Gil and only a block away from the main square.
