Pleasant and helpful staff. The pool! And breakfast by the pool. The verandah outside our room. The garden with unusual flowers and trees. Kind helpfulness to our needs as seniors. Everything, really.

For the price I can't fault the place so it's a ten all the way from me. I got the apartment across the road from the reception. Excellent spacious place. Jacuzzi in the bath, bedroom up the stairs. All good. Breakfast was great. Tuzco is a five minute walk back from the beach which, bearing in mind how noisy the area at the front can be is a real bonus. The pool and its surrounds were clean and well organised. But the best thing about the place is Julio and his staff. Welcoming, friendly and professional at all times. They arranged an early breakfast for me on two of my mornings and could not have been more helpful.

A short walk away from restaurants and bars. Day trip by boat to Isla la Plata to snorkel and to see the Blue footed Boobies on their nests. Breakfasts were delicious had 3 choices! Staff made you feel at home.

Wi-Fi is free and El Murciélago Beach is 100 metres away.... I received a room with a little details but Maria Jose the house keeper was the best and solved all the problems in 1 minute. . Thanks

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Oro Manta! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Every single team member greeted us warmly and always had a smile, creating a truly friendly and inviting atmosphere. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure our time there was special. A highlight was being greeted by the chef, who personally invited us to join a family activity whenever we wanted—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch! Even after we had checked out, the team continued to go the extra mile. My daughter had lost her beloved snorkeling gear, and they not only found it but also arranged to deliver it back to us. Moments like these show their genuine care and dedication to guests. We can’t recommend Hotel Oro Manta enough for their warmth, friendliness, and exceptional service. They truly make you feel like part of their family!
