The hotel has its own jetty on the east bank of the Nile, and transportation there is provided free of charge by a motorboat, every 15 minutes. The hotel allows early check-in. If you choose a room with a view of the Nile, you can see the sunrise. The general manager is very kind and solves all the wishes of the guests. Breakfast and dinner are very varied, and the food is delicious.

I loved everything about the hotel: spacy well decorated room with stunning view, breakfast in historic 1902 restaurant, beautiful territory with a nice pool, staff is welcoming etc.

This hotel has been absolutely amazing! It’s literally just two minutes from the Abu Simbel Temple — the perfect location. The property is new, beautiful, and spotless, with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the desert and Lake Nasser. Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

We took a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The cruise staff are all friendly and willing to help, including reception, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant. We felt at home with a big family. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.

Mısırda kaldığımız tüm oteller içinde en rahat ettiğimiz otel burası oldu. Oda temiz, ferah ve konforluydu. Çamaşır yıkayabilme seçeneği, , saç kurutma makinesi ve ütünün oluşu bizi çok mutlu etti. Hares çok ilgili ve samimi biriydi. Bize fazlasıyla yardımcı oldu. Yemek sipariş ettik ve gelen yiyecekler lezzetliydi. Diğer tur seçeneklerinde de yardımcı oldu. Ona çok teşekkür ederiz. Harika biri. Aswanda geçirdiğimiz zaman boyunca gerçekten rahat ettik. Muhteşem bir yer. Teşekkürler her şey için! :) Sadece konumu biraz farklı bir yerde.
