Cala Bona y Mar Blava ligger 100 meter från en avskild strand i den historiska staden Ciutadella på Menorca. Hotellet har en utomhuspool och en solterrass. Location is perfect, close to everything by foot. Amazing view from breakfast terrace. Sandy beach is just a few steps away, or you use ladders to swim in the sea, very convenient. The hotel facilities are far beyond 2-star: I had balcony, refrigerator, TV, free safe, air condition and there is an impeccably clear swimming pool too. Breakfast choice is very good. Receptionists are always available, I felt like in a family hotel, I received unique care, all my question was answered. This a very friendly, nice hotel for adults and solo travellers. I would definitely return, this was the best accommodation among the others where I stayed in Menorca.

Cala Llonga Hotel is situated on the Menorcan coast, facing Mahón Harbour. It has an outdoor swimming pool with children’s pool, sea views and gardens. Great apartment and outstanding services, lovely people

Hotel ARTIEM Capri is just 500 meters from Mahon’s main shops and bars. Es Grau Beach is 8 km away and S’Albufera Nature Reserve is within 7 km. I loved the Green Lounge where free drinks and snacks (beer & wine, soft drinks, tea & coffee) were available (self service) until midnight. It gave a nice atmosphere to the hotel. I enjoyed reading a book, chilling there at the end of my day. The breakfast was lovely, with an "egg station" where eggs were made on the spot to your liking (the lady was lovely, a pleasure to see here every morning). Also, I checked out at 6.20am and the day before the lovely lady at reception offered breakfast to go, which was very handy. Make sure to ask the day before. The room was spacious, well thought and nothing beats Italian showers. The location was good for me - walking distance from the port and restaurants (Mahón is rather small). Also it is close to the airport (10min by bus - L10) which drops you at the bus station (3 min away from the hotel). The same bus station allows you to travel around the island if you didn't rent a car. It takes 1h to go to Ciutadella, on the other side of the island (50min with the Xpress bus).

ARTIEM Audax - Adults Only ligger vid stranden i ett naturreservat och har en gratis WiFi-zon samt en utomhuspool med utsikt över bukten utanför Cala Galdana på Menorca. Beautiful hotel right by the cove with a swim beach nearby and hiking trails. Breakfast was complimentary and included so many varieties of delicious choices. Great gym and pool area and spa. Overall a great place to spend a vacation.

Llucatx Menorca ligger i Son Parc, 18 km från Mahón hamn, och erbjuder boende med en säsongsöppen utomhuspool, gratis privat parkering, en trädgård och en gemensam lounge. Great stay in a lovely and curated place in the peace and greenery of Menorca. Thanks to the whole team for such a warm and attentive welcoming. We loved it!

Lovely hideaway with pool and white sand beach erbjuder en balkong med utsikt över poolen, en säsongsöppen utomhuspool och en trädgård, och ligger i Arenal d'en Castell i närheten av Playa Arenal d'en... Beautiful yard. Amazing swimming pool. The house is clean and tidy

Hotel S'Antiga Adults Only ligger i Es Mercadal och erbjuder en utomhuspool, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en restaurang. Boendet ligger inom 23 km från Mahón hamn och har en bar. Hotel S'Antiga was an absolute gem, nestled on a local street in a lovely little town, the second we walked in we felt at home, beautifully decorated, homely, the rooms are a great size, they are spotlessly clean, all the staff are just wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with all the local delicacies. The courtyard became our fave spot for morning coffee.

Villas Sa Ferradura ligger i Cala en Blanes, 6 minuters promenad från Platja de Cales Piques och 50 km från Mahón hamn, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, luftkonditionering och tillgång till en... Beautiful villa with everything you need for a stay with friends. We loved everything about it: rooms, cozy living area and kitchen and, especially, the outdoor area. Great location: by the beach but also only 10 minutes away from Ciutadella. Communication with the hosts was great as well. Overall amazing value for price (we stayed during the off season).

S´Estancia Suites ligger i Es Mercadal och har en säsongsöppen utomhuspool, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en bar. Menorca offers a wide range of possibilities regarding hosting options, including all types of hotels and its locations. S'Estancia Suites is not an obvious choice, since it is a small hotel located in a city that is not the most touristic city of the island (Es Mercadal), but we are highly pleased with our stay. S'Estancia team goes far and beyond to make you feel at home and this small hotel offers comfortable and very well decorated suites with comfy beds and high quality linen, towels, etc... making the island experience relaxing and pleasant. They offer a nice breakfast with local products and the hotel also has a pool, that I must confess we did not enjoyed because we preferred going to the beaches. And here is something to take into account if you are planning to visit Menorca: the island is not that big, but you will enjoy the most if you have a car (there is a public parking in front of the hotel), and will be really convenient to rent a car while you are in the island, so you can visit different cities, beaches and other spots (do not miss the lighthouses). If you are planning to go to a hotel and to stay around it all your time, probably Es Mercadal is not the place for you. But if you are planning to know the island, to explore its cities and beaches and to return every day to a hotel that feels like home, you may consider to book S'Estancia. You will not regret! The team is fantastic. The tips they gave are precious... and you may borrow all you need to enjoy a sunny day at the beach (including beach chairs). And to be fair I have to say that although Es Mercadal is not a city with many touristic attractions, there are nice dining options and you do not have to leave the city to have nice tapas, pizzas or ice creams... the city center is very nice and have good options. We loved our stay... and recommend it to everyone who value its money!
