They opened the swimming pool for me. Got me a beer after a long drive. And arranged a pizza with a great bottle of wine for €30. It was an excellent stay.

Everything! The location was very quiet and peaceful. The room was lovely and spacious, bed very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming, the breakfast was exceptionally nice - and the hosts daughter brought us 2 cakes that she had made. And the icing on the cake was the Italian pizzeria in neighbouring Milly le forêt where we had the most amazing pizza for dinner. Hopefully we'll be back one day as we didn't have time to use the pool!!!

Villa Utopia is a stunning property in a stunning location. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast on the first day was included and was delightful - we ate it by the pool. It was a 10 minute walk to the local RER (train) station and 45 mins into central Paris for Euro 2.50. Honestly one of the more memorable places we have stayed in through Booking.com.

It was a home from home for us. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location was very good with the shopping centre and restaurants nearby.

Very friendly welcome by Koffei and Cookie (lovely and friendliest of Boule Dogues). Very quiet and intimate, boutique feel. Lovely grounds around pool for a summer stay. Room was well-appointed as was bathroom. Beautiful historic property once inhabited by Mme de Montespan. Enjoyed visiting with owners and other guests at breakfast.
