Located in Pierrelatte, Le Domaine des Oliviers offers an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, terrace, garden and bar. The Gorges de l’Ardèche and Vallon-Pont d’Arc are both 35 km from the hotel. Lovely big bedroom and bathroom. Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Raphael, on reception was so welcoming and helpful with everything we asked. It’s a family run hotel and you can really tell the difference in the effort made to ensure all is as it should be. Unfortunately it wasn’t the weather to take advantage of the outdoor pool but it did look very inviting and was well presented with a garden and patio around it. Our evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and good value for money. I especially enjoyed my goat’s cheese and smoked duck salad, I’d go back just to have that again. The breakfast was exceptional. There is even a juice machine for anyone feeling they want you to be healthy. We will definitely be back.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Château de Rancé offers accommodation with a spa and wellness centre and free WiFi. This property offers access to table tennis and darts. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are completely updated and renovated but keep the charm of the 14th century castle so its a very unique place to stay. The breakfast was wonderful as well.
