Really good location on an excellent site. Lots of amenities on site available to us including a swimming pool and Gym. Ideal location for walks through the beautiful Hurn Forest. The caravan was well equipped and even included milk and cookies on our arrival. Our bed was very comfortable and we also had use of a TV with many channels. Good cooking facilities, ironing board etc. There was a deck for use in good weather and resident robin made us welcome ! It was a nice end to our holiday

This is a fantastic hotel! Neil and Rosemary went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. Really, the whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a very charming and intriguing 19th century building. We stayed in the Austen Room, which is large and comfortable, with a bump-out set with bay windows overlooking the garden and views of the rolling hills and ocean of the Jurassic Coast in the distance. The gardens are immaculate and very inviting. There is a very nice looking swimming pool available, although we were not prepared to take advantage of it. The room is intriguingly furnished with a large and extremely comfortable four-post bed and period pieces for sitting, lounging and enjoying a beverage. The bed's mattress was just the right firmness and the pillows just the right height for a very restful night's sleep! The made to order breakfast was amazing with Neil making sure the poached eggs were perfect (they were!). Everything served was so fresh and tasty - from the fresh fruit to the yogurt to the freshly squeezed orange juice to all the ingredients of the Full English - everything was spot on! The bathroom was of ample size and the shower was amazing being equipped with a rain-shower head with plenty of water pressure to be fully enveloping. We wound up staying here longer than we originally intended because we were enjoying our stay and the hosts so much. The information book provided in the room was comprehensive and informative, giving an extensive history of the building as well as recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do in the area. The Wifi was fast and steady. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in this area!

Fabulous luxury break, tucked away in the gorgeous village of Evershot in the Dorset countryside. Staff, facilities and food were wonderful - we were very well looked after and felt restored after our stay!

It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life—a peaceful retreat surrounded by a beautiful, blooming garden. The interiors are tastefully done, with thoughtful touches throughout. Our room was lovely, filled with natural light and offering serene views of the garden and open fields. Everything felt just right. I only wish I had more time to spend here. I’ll definitely be returning—this place is a gem.

The cosiest and cleanest caravan we have ever stayed in. Beautiful views over the bay. Lisa left a special treat for my son which was a very kind and personal touch. Couldnt fault it. Fantastic location to the main area of Swanage and Studland Bay just 15min drive away. The perfect getaway for a night after the Christmas madness. Will be back as soon as we can !
