The Londoner har en fantastisk klubb kun for gjester, seks konseptrestauranter og -barer, deriblant en salong i toppetasjen, et spa med basseng, treningsstudio, en superfood-klinikk og en... The staff were absolutely amazing especially Dhruti and Olesia from the reception. The hotel is immaculate and spotless. The service is incredible. + the rooms and the view are stunning and extremely clean.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Overall the stay was excellent with great location. However, as area of improvement, the deposit was a little higher than expected. Also, more options in SPA will be better.

In beautiful Lakeland surroundings overlooking an idyllic brook, Glencree is situated between the villages of Bowness and Windermere. Lovely building and the room was superb. Lots of attention to detail with furnishings. Bed huge and super comfy. Staff were great and Ian was fantastic with us as we arrived a little early but Ian let us have our room so we could go out around Windermere without having to come back to check in. This was much appreciated.

Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. The staff had the right balance of providing supreme service, where nothing was too much trouble and were mostly preemptive, while still being personable and warm. You can find lovely hotel rooms anywhere, but finding the right staff is obviously the Savoy’s forte.

Set in over 200 acres of landscaped gardens and green fields, 5 miles south of Norwich city centre, Park Farm has a bar, restaurant, leisure club and free parking. Convenient location for my work trip and had nice leisure facilities on site and two eating options. Cooked breakfast was great.

A 15-minute drive from Chester's historical centre, Grosvenor has a spa, a pool and a gym. Near the Welsh border, Grosvenor Pulford has free Wi-Fi, spacious rooms and beautiful grounds. The Palm Restaurant is not only a beautiful setting but the Sunday carvery is the best I have had. The spa is luxurious and the treatments were excellent (I highly recommend Lillie).
