Upon check in the very kind Ana offer a free upgrade, and the room was large and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily and replenished with water coffee and tea. The pool was open and i enjoyed a swim. The breakfast was buffet style and offered a very good assortment! We will come again!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.
