Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and always helpful, great atmosphere, amazing design and interior, delicious food. Facilities were 10/10. Our room was great, fully equipped, very comfortable with beautiful views.

For the location to the staff, it was a perfect stay for us. We had an early check out, and they prepared a breakfast box for us. That was really sweet. We had some request and last minute cancellations (spa), that were well taken into consideration. We had a sea view room and it was magnificent.

The view from our room was fantastic, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel's restaurant is perfect. One of the best things is a free shuttle to the Chania center where it is very problematic and expensive to find a parking, so we've used this service almost every evening!
