The architecture of this place is mind-blowing, the rooms are very pretty, the pools are clean and offerring a pleasant swim, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff is really nice. The fact that the hotel is right by the beach and that you can lie on the beach and go swim in the pool at the same time sets this hotel apart from most hotels in the Rethymno city. Another great thing about the location of the hotel is that you can walk to the nearby tavernas for lunch or dinner or to the city centre (it's a 35-minutes walk to the old town). We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We also liked the "adults-only" atmosphere - it was very peaceful at the pools and the beach. The hotel and the whole city also feels very safe and there is nobody who would disturb you at the beach (as it is common on some other touristic places).

It was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and each time their staff, services, amenities and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Each staff member has meticulous attention to detail to anything they do, which made our stay so special snd unforgettable. Special thanks to Vaso and George who looked after my mum and I during breakfast and dinner:). Highly recommended and definitely will visit again!

Hostel Cocoon City położony jest w Chanii. Oferuje on wspólny salon i zapewnia bezpłatne WiFi. Obiekt znajduje się w pobliżu placu Mitropoleos, Miejskiej Galerii Sztuki w Chanii i Muzeum... It's hard to ask for more when you are staying in a hostel. The property is superclean, the staff is more or less friendly, the rooms are spacious enough even in the 8 bed dorm. Two kitchens very well equipped with all the aplliances kitchen utensils you might need, a commom area indoors and another one outdoors around the pool. This property definetely deserves a 10 out of 10.

Brak problemów z leżakami przy basenie, choć hotel był w pełni obłożony. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Bardzo czysto. Polecamy.

We loved everything! 🩷 The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly, the facilities are so very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, breakfast is lovely, and the view is beautiful! Featuring a restaurant and a pool with sun terrace amidst its palm-tree garden, Royal Sun lies within 3 km from the centre of Chania Town. Nice and quiet where the hotel is. They offer a free taxi service to take you into town and back. Would recommend getting the breakfast included as there’s no where to eat near the hotel. Hotels food and drinks are very good. Staff are super friendly they bought out more deckchairs for us when it got busy by the pool. They also can arrange taxis for you to and from the airport for €26, if you’re coming here I wouldnt rent a car, its very hilly and you dont need one! But for the most part it’s very quiet, clean and looks just as good as the pictures.

Świetny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, spokojna okolica, w pięknym otoczeniu ogrodów. Kilka basenów i park wodny sprawiały, że nigdy nie było problemów z leżakami. Smaczne jedzenie, różne restauracje i miła obsługa dbająca o porządek i czystość. Bardzo mili młodzi ludzie pracujący tam byli zawsze uśmiechnięci i gotowi do pomocy. Duży wybór drinków i napoi. Codziennie świeża woda w pokoju oraz napoje gazowane. Zaraz przy plaży, chociaż na plażę bez falochronu i kamieni należy udać się nieco dalej. Cudowne zachody słońca, od których można się uzależnić 😉
