We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating such a serene ambiance. It’s a perfect escape from the chaos, yet still just a short drive from Kos Town. The service was consistently excellent. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s the little details that stood out – from the attentiveness, to the little farewell gift left on our bed on our last night, to the small touches around the property that show how much care goes into running this hotel. Food was very good, with fresh flavors and nicely prepared dishes. The only note is that the variety is somewhat limited, but what is available is of a high standard. The hotel’s location right by the sea is also a highlight – though it’s worth mentioning that the beach is pebbly and getting into the water can be a bit challenging, it’s still a lovely setting. If we had to give any constructive feedback, it would be minor things: having a bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would be convenient, and it seemed the glassware was rinsed during daily cleaning rather than replaced. Neither of these points detracted from the overall experience, though. All in all, this boutique hotel offers tranquility, beauty, and caring service – a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful environment with easy access to Kos Town. Highly recommended!

The hotel was cozy, staff professional, friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, many choices of food. WiFi worked perfectly. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, we enjoyed everything, it was a fabulous holiday and we are very happy that we chose this hotel.

We had such a peaceful and calming stay at Koia—pure serenity from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, a real highlight of our trip. We felt so welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff. The private beach is just awesome! A perfect escape—we left relaxed and already dreaming of coming back.

Doručak je bio bogat i svjež, s puno izbora. U hotelu je bilo mirno i ugodno te je zaista dobar izbor za one koji se žele opustiti i odmoriti. Sve u svemu, topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitetan smještaj s izvrsnom uslugom. Rado bih se ponovno vratila!

Objekt Maravilla Luxury Living nalazi se u gradu 'Kos Town', na 1,7 km od znamenitosti Plaža Paradiso i 3,4 km od znamenitosti Hipokratovo stablo, te nudi besplatan WiFi, vrt s vanjskim bazenom... Magnificent location and wonderful property. Nothing was too much to ask and the staff went out of their way to help plan our stay and make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was excellent. We simply loved our stay, it was perfect.

Excellent breakfast, custom made omelette was perfect, private pool fantastic. Mus is awesome bartender. Chef personally attentive. Restaurant just down the street was wonderful also (name started with M I think...)
