Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, the staff was very polite and helpful, the location was perfect! Highly recommended it!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating such a serene ambiance. It’s a perfect escape from the chaos, yet still just a short drive from Kos Town. The service was consistently excellent. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s the little details that stood out – from the attentiveness, to the little farewell gift left on our bed on our last night, to the small touches around the property that show how much care goes into running this hotel. Food was very good, with fresh flavors and nicely prepared dishes. The only note is that the variety is somewhat limited, but what is available is of a high standard. The hotel’s location right by the sea is also a highlight – though it’s worth mentioning that the beach is pebbly and getting into the water can be a bit challenging, it’s still a lovely setting. If we had to give any constructive feedback, it would be minor things: having a bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would be convenient, and it seemed the glassware was rinsed during daily cleaning rather than replaced. Neither of these points detracted from the overall experience, though. All in all, this boutique hotel offers tranquility, beauty, and caring service – a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful environment with easy access to Kos Town. Highly recommended!

Great luxury villas. All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

Restaurant just down the street was wonderful also (name started with M I think...)
