All new. Everything renovated using high quality materials and much thought and care. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed really comfortable. The sound proofing is excellent. No noise from the other rooms. The shower is huge and even has a steam facility. There are loads of little appreciable extras like dressing gown and slippers etc etc. The staff are very reactive and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. I'll

The location offers the best of both worlds — stunning views of the rock of Monemvasia and easy access to the old town, while enjoying the peace and space of the mainland. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, a lovely pool area overlooking the sea. Our room was elegant and spotless, with a large balcony that offered panoramic views. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the region. They shared great tips for local tavernas, hidden beaches, and even helped us arrange a wine tasting. Exceptional stay — everything was perfect! Mani Luxury Studios is a beautiful place to stay when visiting Mani. The location offers breathtaking views of Gytheio bay, and the property has everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Our family of four stayed in a maisonette with a private pool — it was very spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra WC, and two queen-sized beds. We had plenty of room and felt completely comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cleaned daily, and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was well thought out — nothing was missing. Iraklis is an outstanding host — kind, helpful, and always available. He gave us great recommendations for local sights, restaurants, and even secluded beaches. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We are so thrilled we stumbled upon Manifesto Suites for our stay. The facilities were stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The interior was stylish yet welcoming, with a luxurious shower, roomy bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Our private swim-out pool and outdoor space offered a breathtaking view of the coastline. The location is perfect—just a 6-minute drive to the Monemvasia Castle, 30–40 minutes to the Elafonisos ferry, and close to local gems like the Liotrivi Olive Oil Estate and the Monemvasia Winery, both well worth visiting. But the best part of our stay was Eva. She is truly the “secret sauce” that makes Manifesto Suites so special. From day one, she greeted us with warmth, local knowledge, and thoughtful touches—snacks and drinks waiting in the fridge, driving directions, and insider tips, including a fantastic beach in Plytra. The next morning, she brought us fresh tiropita and invited us to a local panagiri (festival). She also gave us ranked recommendations for restaurants, bars, and attractions in the area. On our final day, she sent us off with hugs, well wishes, and even mailed us a piece of clothing we’d left behind. Manifesto Suites is exceptional not only for its beautiful facilities and prime location but also because of Eva’s extraordinary hospitality. She turned a great stay into a truly unforgettable one.
