In a garden of bougainvilleas, 50 metres from Skala Beach in Patmos, this hotel offers a pool and a breakfast buffet with local products. The outside pool was wonderful and salt water. The hotel breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff all friendly and hardworking...will definitely return !

Super clean rooms, daily attended with care + all the premises were always spotless Friendly, smiling, and helpful staff Superb views, lovely pool (kids loved it), stony but pristine little beach Amazing breakfast And finally, a big thank you to the hotel manager Eva who helped create our Patmos experience!

This 5-star luxury hotel is situated only a few steps from Grikos beach, in Patmos. Everything was sublime. The facilities are clean, serene, and picturesque, blending with nature and highlighting the Greek island style. The breakfast is abundant and tasty. The spa is available to all guests (sauna & steam bath), and there is also a range of paid therapies (Alexandra & Spiros performed one of the best massage therapies we ever had). Nice beachfront with very comfy sun beds and a chilling lounge area above it, available until late. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Finally, all these would not be possible without Manolis, the hotel manager, who guided us through the hotel amenities and compensated us with extra pampering.

We had a truly heartwarming stay at this family-run guesthouse in Patmos. The place is operated by a local Patmian family, and their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference — they were always helpful and easy to communicate with. The houses have a nostalgic charm that reminded us of our grandparents’ summer homes in the countryside — especially for those born in the 80s or earlier in Turkiye, the decor will feel both familiar and comforting. With high wooden ceilings, simple yet tasteful furnishings, and no unnecessary electronics (though the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast), the space is airy and peaceful. Staying here truly felt like being at home. If we return to Patmos — which we hope we do — we will definitely stay here again, and would gladly recommend it to friends who appreciate this kind of authentic, soul-soothing atmosphere.

Elina and Kiki made our stay wonderful. Elina is a very gracious, helpful and caring host. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The sunrise and sunset from our balcony were highlights. We left Patmos with heavy hearts, however, wonderful memories of a wonderful host and beautiful hotel. Thank you Elina! Andrew and Eleitsa

Everyone was super kind friendly and they welcomed us in the most beautiful way. The breakfast was incredible and the cook Evangelia was the nicest person I’ve ever met! I suggest the name of the hotel should be Evangelia because the whole experience of the hotel wouldn’t be the same without her. She was chatting with us every morning giving us the best tips for the island and she has the warmest and kindest heart! I will definitely come again in Patmos and especially in that hotel.
