Absolutely beautiful house with stunning views over the bay. The facilities are great with plenty of space for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds. The pool is very welcoming after a day at the marina and there is plenty of outdoor space. The children loved the canoes which were an added bonus. Michail was very helpful prior to our stay and then we were met on arrival by Yiannis who was just superb! So very kind and helpful. Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay.

Objekat Opera House Hotel u gradu Simi u ponudi ima smeštaj sa pogledom na grad, vrtom, zajedničkim salonom, terasom i barom. Breakfast was great, so many choices and well presented. Location of hotel was great, 5 minute walk and you was at the main harbour(which is beautiful) with lots of restaurants, bars, cafe and shops. Staff at hotel were very helpful, they organised a hire car for the day and recommended places to see on this very small island. My husband asked at reception for a massage in the spa rooms near the pool and they arrived within 10 minutes. Very good price too for the amount of time.

Smešten u centru gradića Simi, kompleks Iapetos okružen je vrtom površine 500 m² sa palmama i kamenim popločanim dvorištima. Beautiful hotel so close to the port ! The hotel grounds are immaculate, the room was huge with lovely views of the gardens and hillside from the balcony. The free shuttle from the ferry is really good ! Great breakfast too. Loved our stay here and just sorry I didn't have another night !!
