We loved our stay here: flawless service, perfect villa with lots of nice compliments (free minibar, good cosmetics, slippers and a bag for the pool etc), great territory and facilities - everything was very stylish and looked expensive :) Food was also great, special thx for the breakfast menu and cocktails.

Located about a 20-minute away from Tanjung Pinang city centre, Trikora Beach Club offers an eco-friendly beachfront accommodation with free WiFi access in public areas of the property and free... We cherished the attention to detail, cleanliness, effort to use as little plastic as possible, friendliness, attentive, accommodating staff, and ease with which everything was organised—and it was all well organised—made us feel like they had put in a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, yet made it look effortless. The beach and the water were clean, thanks also to frequent cleaning. The pool was a fantastic alternative to bathing in the sea. The massage services were soooo good! The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Often, we would have short and friendly chats with other guests. We found they had an excellent way of treating you like a guest, neither imposing friendship nor treating you like a client from whom to squeeze the money. Our stay was enriched by the deeper conversations we had, which revealed the hotel's commitment to more than just profit. We learned that the hotel is not just a business but also a platform for personal growth, especially for the young women of the surrounding villages. It's a place where they can learn from client interactions and use these experiences as a stepping stone to shape their own lives. As one person put it, it's as much a social endeavour as it is an economic one.

Nice place and very friendly staff, help us plan and take care of all the needs ahead of time and during the stay. Tasty food, pleasant setting, nice for a quick getaway from city.

Objekt The Kelong Trikora Resort s 3 zvjezdice smješten je uz plažu u gradu 'Kangkakawal', a ima vanjski bazen, vrt i privatnu plažu. We love Kelong Trikora! It's an amazing place, my husband (Indian Singaporean) and I (German) spent 4 days there over Chinese New Year. The team there, especially Linda and Eric, set a new standard to customer service! They are so deeply caring for each guest, it's touching. When it rained they placed an umbrella outside of every villa, so that guest wouldn't get wet on their way to dinner, when we wanted to go on a trip and the hotel driver was unavailable Linda called several taxi companies and in the end offered to drive us with the staff car, even when the fan did not immediately work three people showed up and got it fixed within 10mins. Kelong Trikora is a very quiet resort with a beautiful pool and 10 separate huts. The cuisine is out of this world, even though the menu is a bit limited (focus on Indonesian and Chinese), so many of the dishes were simply the best (can recommend the fish curry, the sotong bakar, the kailan and kangkong and as daily special chicken satay, each main about 180K, veggies 75-90K). It takes about an hour from the ferry terminal Bandar Bintan Telani (Lagoi) and from the resort we went to the blue lakes and sand dunes (1hr drive, absolutely worth it!). We tried the restaurants in the two resorts next to this and got utterly disappointed, food was horrible and the service even worse, so we would next time just stick to the resort kitchen. All the staff is very nice and chitchatty if you're open to it, but not forcing conversations upon anybody. For my husband's birthday I asked them to please help me get a chocolate cake and they got a super cute beautiful cake for me. The only thing to keep in mind is that you're dependant on the hotel's transport (so plan a bit in advance and let them know) and that during low tide the water draws back about 1km, so not really for swimming in the sea, but the pool is amazing and the whole area is covered in nice fluffy green grass, so nice to walk around barefoot.

Objekt Bintan Exotica Resort By WH - Free Breakfast s 3 zvjezdice smješten je uz plažu u gradu 'Berakit', a sadrži besplatne bicikle, vanjski bazen i vrt. Objekt ima privatnu plažu te zajednički... Very secluded location for total relaxation. We had the garden view villa. Although back was near the road, it was totally quiet after 10 pm. Beautiful, calming, relaxing environment. All villa were timber design and very rustic. Food was reasonably priced and excellent with continental and local varieties. Staff was very friendly and helpful and immediate action to any issue. Swimming pool, free bicycles were great. Mangroves on the beach were good for photo shoot.

Objekt One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan s 5 zvjezdica smješten je uz plažu u gradu 'Telukdalam', a sadrži vanjski bazen, fitness centar i vrt. I love villa aqua. Love the room. Very breezy. Love the pool and the spacious toilet. Love the resort room service. We ordered our lunch and dinner in our room on our 1st day. Food was awesome. We basically love everything about the resort. The staff are friendly too. Will come and stay here again!
