It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

Great place for families, we went with a 2-year old and he loved it, the pools, the beach, the whole facility is very kids friendly. Staff was very helpful and so nice. Food was great. I strongly recommend the place!

Very nice and helpful staff (including the owners) who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very extensive and they prepared what we wanted. We also had lunch and dinner there which were both very tasty. It is a small and friendly resort with a lovely swimming pool. The fire fly tour is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.

One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan er 5 stjörnu gististaður við ströndina í Telukdalam. Boðið er upp á útisundlaug, líkamsræktarstöð og garð. I love villa aqua. Love the room. Very breezy. Love the pool and the spacious toilet. Love the resort room service. We ordered our lunch and dinner in our room on our 1st day. Food was awesome. We basically love everything about the resort. The staff are friendly too. Will come and stay here again!
