The room was amazing, a really good size, very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We had our own private pool which was a total luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Property is practically located on the beach. Best of all is the staff and services. The entire journey from Singapore to Bintan and back to Singapore was so comfortable and easy.

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
