Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

Gostei bastante do hotel, com certeza voltaremos, o quarto limpo, espacoso, cama confortavel, banheiro lindo e enorme, tudo funciona super bem, sao disponibilizadas garrafas de agua no quarto gratuitamente, as bicicletas facilitam transitar pelo hotel pois os quartos ficam longe da piscina, praia.. o cafe da manha muito bem servido e variado, meu filho gostou muito do standup paddle e caiaque na praia que nao tem custo extra, os funcionarios sao todos muito atenciosos. A praia rasinha e sem ondas, excelente para criancas

I had made a special request that was accommodated and successful. After looking at other resorts in Bintan during my visit I felt Trikora Beach Club and Resort was definitely the best choice. The location was excellent, the access to private beach was beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

A really relaxing and private villa experience. Brilliant breakfast, fantastic villa and really lovely staff. You can use kayaks to explore around the area.

Love the pool and the spacious toilet. Love the resort room service. We ordered our lunch and dinner in our room on our 1st day. Food was awesome. We basically love everything about the resort. The staff are friendly too. Will come and stay here again!
