Lovely stay at hotel indigo. Staff were all very friendly, and we received quick service. Spacious facilities, I enjoyed that there were two pools and a lot of seating areas.The beach in front of the hotel was kept very clean. We had half board, which included a buffet breakfast and three course dinner. The food had good flavour and we really enjoyed several dishes. However, the quality was inconsistent — the fish was dry, and the same meal ordered on different days was noticeably different in taste and presentation, with that said we stayed for 4 nights and definitely had more excellent meals. I would recommend this hotel and would return myself.

A 5-star accommodation with an idyllic charm, The Residence Bintan offers villas with modern comforts in Bintan. WiFi is accessible in all areas free of charge. The buffet breakfasts were amazing. Lovely complimentary touches, such as free tasty treats given out in the evenings. Great range of activities provided. Nice local ethnic related experiences such as sambal-making demonstrations. Nice kids play area. Three great restaurant options on-site, at quite reasonable prices for such a classy resort.

Enjoying a beachfront location on the beautiful island of Bintan, The Sanchaya offers a luxurious getaway with a private beach area and a scenic outdoor pool. Amazing food and facilities but the staff was the star of the show. They take care of every detail. Exceptional!

Located about a 20-minute away from Tanjung Pinang city centre, Trikora Beach Club offers an eco-friendly beachfront accommodation with free WiFi access in public areas of the property and free... We liked that it was so far from anywhere. We wanted a relax away from it all & we were very happy with that.

I loved everything about this place — from the calm, beautiful ambience to the exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG se află în Lagoi, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Lagoi, și pune la dispoziție o piscină în aer liber, un centru de fitness, o grădină și parcare... Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

The Kelong Trikora Resort se află pe malul mării în Kangkakawal și oferă cazare de 3 stele, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și o zonă de plajă privată. We spent 6 days at the Kelong Trekora Resort and it was the most beautiful on the whole island. The green garden, the pool and the houses were simply fantastic 😊. Linda and Erix were always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Erix served ginger tea and wonderful food and Linda organized a scooter for us without any complications. We felt completely at home and would like to say a big thank you to Linda and Erix 🙏.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Great selection and friendly staff, especially big shout out to Sonia in reception and Indra in the bar they contributed to make my stay very special.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.
