Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

MORAZEN Surabaya is aantrekkelijk gelegen in de wijk Genteng in Surabaya, en bevindt zich op 8 minuten lopen van Sharp Bamboo Monument, 400 meter van Submarine Monument en 8 minuten lopen van... The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

Everything in this hotel is well thought out. The attention from the beginning cannot be compared to any other hotels we’ve stayed during our month long trip in Indonesia. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We tried the batik workshop and felt deeply grateful for the kindness the experts extended to us sharing their traditions. The massages were also worth booking. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was also delicious! We were worried it wasn’t going to be given the city and that it’s still not touristy yet we were greatly surprised! Thank you so much !!

The room was very big and lovely furnished. You have a big and wonderful pool with places with and without shade. The meals were delicious and the owner helpful all time long.

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza biedt accommodatie in de zakelijke wijk van Soerabaja. Het hotel biedt directe toegang tot het winkelcentrum Tunjungan Plaza. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

Een van de zaligste verblijven die ik ooit heb gehad. Een oase aan rust, alles beschikbaar, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk zwembad! Het is zo mooi gebouwd, midden in de natuur. Het onbtijt was super lekker, de kamer was ruim en mooi en alles was heel proper en onderhouden! Ik had hier heel graag langer verbleven.

Rumah Kita Villa/hotel in Kalibaru biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant. De villa beschikt over zowel gratis WiFi als privéparkeren. Really truly beautiful place. A wonderful garden with the volcano looming in the background, all seen from the veranda where we had a good dinner (be sure to order ahead of time) and breakfast. The pool to the side of the house was, as the rest of the place, well-maintained and we enjoyed using it. Rooms were large and accommodating, and the ceiling fan worked well. Peter and his staff were excellent and attentive hosts, and they arranged for his to see the nearby former plantation.
