We really enjoyed from our experience. The hotel has an opportunity to have free taxi in 5 km which is very comfortable for Bali. The most fascinating thing was the employees, they were very friendly and they have created the huge difference between Onaya and the other good hotel. I insistly suggest to visit Onaya and we are looking forward to come back there :)

They managed to carry out their duties seamlessly without ever interrupting our experience, adding to the serene atmosphere. Beyond their efficiency and helpfulness, it was their genuine warmth and positive energy that truly set them apart. The staff's overall vibe contributed significantly to making our visit not just comfortable but truly memorable.

It's definitely a magical place where you'll find the best people, both travelers and especially the Bali Bobo staff! 💫 It really felt like I was at home and it's not just a phrase. The staff is so polite, full of kindness and respect. Hostel is extremely clean, the pool is refreshing, you'll eat the best breakfasts, and you are staying at a very good location to explore all the beaches in the area. Go to Bali Babo and read all the messages on the walls from the guests who stayed there - it's impossible not to love it. Merelle päin avautuva Apurva Kempinski Bali tarjoaa luksusmajoitusta vehreässä ympäristössä Nusa Duassa. After a smooth transfer, we were welcomed and impressed by the magnificent pendopo-style lobby with its soaring tiered roof, its intricate carvings, beautiful labradorite stone floors and the soothing ocean view. The hotel staff from reception, lobby, pool side and restaurants were genuinely warm and engaging. They noticed and acted on little details, making sure we are served promptly and comfortable. We hardly have to approach them for anything as they would have thought of it first! Their service definitely elevated our stay experience. The room was very comfortable and well kept. My child loved the water slides and the chance to play a little football by the beach. Breakfast was simply scrumptious with a good variety of offering that changed daily, i love what they offered for their Powerful Indonesia campaign and sampling the Jamu drinks. Afternoon tea at the lounge with the live piano and lovely singing was most relaxing. Their sweet and savoury spread were delectable and finely crafted. The beads bracelet making session at Asha was fun for me and my son. Special shout out to Yuna from Reef restaurant who spoke to us so caringly and we could feel her sense of pride to work at Apurva Kempinski and being Balinese.
