Set on a hillside 2 km from the centre of Sorrento, Hotel La Badia offers an outdoor swimming pool, air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace with panoramic views of the Bay of Naples. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The Hotel staff are the nicest and kindest people ever!!

There is a shuttle that can take you to the amalfi town. There is an available parking and they have a very good restaurant. An advantage for people who is tired from the day trips. My partner really loved the Sun bed area with a shower to chill. The room was spacious and we had our nice balcony for the sea view. We were happy that the room had a fridge and a kettle for tea.

The shuttle bus service is extremely convenient, especially if you're not traveling by car. It helps you save a lot of money on taxis, eliminates the hassle of finding parking, and, most importantly, saves you from waiting for local buses, which are often not on time. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. Bonus tip: If you're planning a day trip to Capri, I highly recommend booking a private boat tour. It's slightly more expensive than the regular ferry, but absolutely worth it for the experience. The staff can help you make a reservation.

The hosts Lizette and Pascal were phenomenal, made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. It has a very relaxed and homely feel and the place is spotless. The breakfast was served on the terrace and Pascal is a wonderful cook with produce grown from their garden. I really want to return as they have plans to run cooking classes. Thank you both for such a lively stay.
