Located within 1.4 km of Gradola Beach and 2.9 km of Axel Munthe House, Il Carrubo Capri provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Anacapri. We had really great time! Il Carrubo is a charming place, where pieces of a family history meet modern comfort, creating unique atmosphere. It is managed by young trio Alice, Corino and Michele, very nice people with whom we had long and pleasant talks about house, Capri and Italy. Oh, and of course the food… whether it is breakfast with the sea view or pasta they do for you at request - everything was delicious and with true home feel. It was our first visit to Capri, but we will be back!

Even if the vila Is situated 15 minutes walk from the city center, it has it’s beauty. It’s not that far away it may feel at first. We appreciated clear instructions from owner and we loved Elena, who managed the house. She was really helpful and caring. The view is really perfect, we had nice, spacious and clean room and moreover breakfast was included.

Great place, close to Marina Grande (port) and Capri town. The pool was nice, the room was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and kind. I recommend!

It was a beautiful property (although the pool was closed.) Everything was clean, breakfast was nice. Our room was great with all the necessities. Great hosts.

The swimming pool is a spectacle for sunset time. Mamma’s breakfast was another highlight in our stay. She is lovely and kind and hers homemade pistachio croissants are unforgettable (wish I could’ve brought some to Brazil) Giuliano was so helpful! His tips made our time in Anacapri and Capri way better than what we’ve planned for. Anacapri is on top of our favorite places in Italy and Giuliano, his mamma and their place are part of it. Free transport to and from the ferry terminal, extremely friendly and helpful staff and beautiful location and views. Elena gave us a run down of all the best things to do in Capri as well as best restaurants to visit. Raffaele was very attentive and friendly and I would highly recommend the omelette named after him for breakfast! Elena’s omelette was also amazing. If we return to Capri we would definitely stay here again, we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Elena , Raffaele and team for making our stay so enjoyable.
