Het Miramare The Palace Resort ligt in een schilderachtige tuin met uitzicht op de Golf van Sanremo. Dit hotel heeft een eigen toegang tot de boulevard en de grootste stranden. De service en vooral de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Alles was ok en voor het personeel was elke vraag niets teveel. Mooi rustig zwembad, mooie kamers, goed restaurant en goede, bewaakte parking. Kortom, super verblijf en hier komen we, ongetwijfeld, nog terug.

The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! This is a beautiful traditional hotel where service is excellent and the grandeur impressive. Featuring panoramic views of Portofino Bay, Excelsior Palace is a luxury 5-star hotel offering 2 restaurants, sun terraces and spacious rooms, many with sea views. Very elegant and stylish. Amazing classical art, has a sense of history about it. It was my wife’s birthday and when we arrived the staff had already upgraded us and our room was stunning. All the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome and valued. Thank you!

Tina provides a well located, sparkling clean, peaceful place to stay. Tucked within olive groves and a view of the sea. The heated pool is an added bonus. Her breakfast is outstanding and thank you so much for accommodating my husbands vegan meals. Her attention to detail and friendly manner was very much appreciated. Thank you for the referral to the wonderful guide Mattia who really made our trip to Cinque Terre so memorable.

Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
