Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Extremely welcoming, dear people at the reception. We rented biggest apartment. Ultra comfortable beds, you can put apartment in total darkness for best sleep. Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

The most authentic and beautiful place we’ve ever visited. We loved it. We had a great dinner at their restaurant and we wished we had more time to spend there. We loved Toscana and we definitely would come back again

Agriturismo Villa Guarnaschelli is a 17th-century villa set in the hills around Florence and offers panoramic views from its tower and courtyard. the host Adrianne was amazing and really helped us during the stay, the location is lovely and relatively close to the station but car is recommended
