This was an olive farm right under the cliffs of the city. Walk through the fields to the escalator taking you up to the town. Owner lovely man. Room was immaculate and comfortable.

The location is excellent for visiting both Perugia and Assisi. The property is well maintained and a hidden oasis, quiet, comfortable, and luxurious. The host was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, everything you would want plus glute-free options. Highly recommend this property for the tranquility. I would have stayed longer if I had time.

We stayed at the family farm for a few nights and received truly warm and heartfelt hospitality. The farm is amazing, with a variety of animals, fruit trees, and a pool. Highly recommended! A special thank you to the grandfather, who let the kids feed the animals and kindly treated us to fresh tomatoes and onions from the farm. Every morning we received warm croissants and eggs, and there was yogurt in the fridge for breakfast.
