Excellent location outside the centre of Assisi. Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)

The location is excellent for visiting both Perugia and Assisi. The property is well maintained and a hidden oasis, quiet, comfortable, and luxurious. The host was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, everything you would want plus glute-free options. Highly recommend this property for the tranquility. I would have stayed longer if I had time.
