It was beautiful. Lovely views from the room. The staff was so so nice (and went out of their way when I left items at the hotel). Can walk to the cable car in champoluc to Crest. You can take many nice hikes directly from Champoluc. And it has parking!

Set in Champoluc, Aethos Monterosa is located halfway between Champoluc and Frachey ski lifts, both a 12-minute walk away. We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc, by R Collection Hotels offers modern rooms with panoramic mountain views in Courmayeur. It features an indoor pool, a garden, and a wellness centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The property itself is located just outside the historic centre which is great for access and it is perfectly silent. It is just a 8-10 minute walk to the very centre of town. The hotel is the most dog friendly place that we have ever stayed. There was a small fee for her stay, but they provided bowls, a mat, a bed and a huge bag of treats. My car was parked for me and returned charged for my onward journey. The breakfast had the most amazing view and was absolutely outstanding. The spa was lovely - my daughter and I really enjoyed the ‘Emotional Shower’ (we think it is mint then apple then eucalyptus). We have stayed in many of the hotels in and around Courmayeur and for me this is absolutely the best.

Aquest hotel està situat als turons que dominen Aosta, a 1 km del centre històric de la ciutat. Our stay at hotel Milleluci was wonderful. We loved the decor and atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect for our winter vacation plans. There were winter sports possibilities nearby, as well as amazing nature reserves not too far away. Our rooms were large and accommodating in all aspects. the service was good. At one point I had a slightly unorthodox request for a bit of olive oil for a salad I was having in my room. I was a little embarressed to request it, but the receptionist accommodated my gladly! The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. There was a huge selection of almost anything you would want for breakfast and then some, including a good selection of gluten free options. But it was not just quantity. The quality of the cheeses and the other products was very high as well. An additional huge bonus at the hotel is their spa area, which is free of charge for the hotel guests (not the case in many other hotels...) Both the indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis are situated in such a way as to overlook the beautiful majestic mountain range. Just gorgeouse and very well maintained, and again, with a very lovely decor. I absolutely recommend Hotel Milleluci with no reserves! We will definitely be coming back

Set in Bard in the Aosta Valley, 100 metres from the panoramic lift to Fort Bard, Hotel Ad Gallias offers wellness facilities and a rooftop terrace overlooking the fort. Very welcoming and friendly staff, they accommodate all our needs. Nice view from the room, quiet area, great food. Totally recommend
