Hakone Kowakien Tenyu åbnede i april 2017 og byder på værelser i japansk stil med tatami-gulv, udendørs bad eller udendørs varmt kildebad i Shigaraki-keramik. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

The rooms at Kinnotake Tonosawa comes with a private hot spring bath. They also include a coffee machine. The hotel has free WiFi, and a terrace. What did I like...I believe it is what did I loved and still love about this place. It far exceeded my expectations. The location requires taking a bus or taxi if you're coming from Odawara Station, but it is about a 15 min ride. Right when we arrived, a staff was waiting at the front gate to welcome us. From the check-in experience and staff showing us our room as well as going through dinner plans for the night was so detailed and amazing. The room was very big and everything you needed was available. The private onsen tub was impeccable and provided a beautiful view outside. Dinner was delicious and memorable. Every step of our dinner journey was followed with amazing service and a wonderful night with my partner. Breakfast was truly magical and relaxing. We chose the traditional Japanese breakfast and the food was perfect for the day. I would love to come back here
