We got upgraded for free which was an amazing surprise. The view was amazing and the suite was very nice. Nice staff, great location close to Osaka's castle.

The staff are very helping. Room conditions are wonderful. The location is great access to the center. If someone wants to stay in a bit of a quiet area, I would recommend it!

We had a wonderful welcome from all the staff which helped us relax a lot after traveling in the rain all day. The room and food were amazing! We loved the view from our room and also the view in the onsen. I'd love to stay here again!
