Beautiful property but even more beautiful and kind staff! The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely wonderful property. Had no complains, so relaxing and comfortable stay. The property is on the Main Badulla road, but a bit away from town, about 5mins by car, which was okay for us as it helped us wind down by sunset, and the property became quite cozy with no external sounds or bright lights.

If you’re seeking peace and an escape from the noise of daily life, this is your sanctuary. A huge shoutout to Ashley and the incredible team for making us feel right at home, like family. Sadly, my stay was only one night, but it’s clear this place deserves more time. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the amazing work!

Hilldale Retreat offre la vista sulla montagna a Nuwara Eliya e dispone di ristorante, sala comune, snack bar, giardino, piscina scoperta aperta tutto l'anno e terrazza. The staff were amazing !! The rooms were very big with a huge bed . The views from the room were incredible. There was a beautiful pool and the hotel are in the process of building a spa and gym Highly recommend.

La struttura è moderna, elegante e curata in ogni dettaglio, ma al tempo stesso immersa in una location meravigliosa, circondata dalle piantagioni di tè di Hatton. Lo staff si è dimostrato incredibilmente cordiale, professionale e sempre pronto a venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza: in particolare ci hanno offerto una cena deliziosa e ci hanno supportato con consigli preziosi per organizzare al meglio le nostre giornate. È stato possibile anche fare splendide passeggiate tra le piantagioni di tè grazie agli itinerari personalizzati e alle mappe che l’hotel ci ha fornito. La struttura offre davvero tutto quello che si può desiderare: una splendida piscina esterna riscaldata con vista, una palestra ben attrezzata, tavolo da biliardo, due bar, la spa e un ristorante eccellente sia a cena che a colazione. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un mix perfetto tra lusso, natura e ospitalità impeccabile. Senza dubbio uno degli hotel più belli che abbiamo trovato durante il nostro viaggio in Sri Lanka.

I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
