There was a small miscommunication about take away breakfast, but they sincerely apologised and made up for it with a surprise from the kitchen. Breakfast is also very nice and I definitely recommend the Odiyal Kool which tasted amazing!

Nice surroundings with a very nice garden! The hotel itself is charming and we had one of the heritage rooms. The others are in the garden and looked nice from outside. The staff was helpful and sweet. Would stay again if coming to Jaffna!

Great place. Room arrangements , bath room facilities and all were great and very clean. Specialy received best service fromMr.Rama who is the manger of the property. Highly recommended.

This is a good 3STAR hotel right next to the main Train Station of the historic city of Jaffna. Fairly good rooms for the price you pay. House keeping staff are good, hence the rooms are tidy and well appointed. Service is the strength of this place. A very special thanks to the very efficient stafd at the reception. Ms.Thadsajini and Ms.Ragasini are superb professionals, helpful and always with beautiful smile. They are a strength to this hotle. All staff at breakfast are very efficient and helpful.

Green Grass Hotel & Restaurant is located in Jaffna, a 15-minute drive from Jaffna City. It offers an outdoor pool with a pool-side bar. All went well however you should have a phone in that room, that is little inconvenient.
