My first stay in Tuxtla, this is a great location located in the mall. Plenty to shop and see nearby. Plenty of room in the lobby to work and visit with others and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, I would stay again.

There’s really nothing not to like about this spectacular place. The staff is very friendly and professional. The place is beautiful in every way. Room was very comfortable, well decorated and had a balcony with chairs, a table and a hammock, overlooking the jungle vegetation that surrounds the hotel.

When we arrived, we checked in, we were traviling with our pets, they brought them a doggie bed for the room. They were so welcoming, and kind. This was a great stay.

It’s super spotless clean and such a beautiful experience to stay in the middle of the jungle. The bungalows are well constructed so you can enjoy your view of the jungle and sunset with privacy. The restaurant was amazing as well.

There is a small area for children to play at. We found it very nice because after a long journey our child was able to stretch, run and play at the playground. Thank you for that little space for children.

With a large outdoor pool and sun terrace, this Holiday Inn Express is located in the south outskirts of Tapachula, only 3 km from Galerias Tapachula Mall. From the moment you walk in, you are treated amazing. Customer service is excellent, very accommodating. And it is very clean. The room was a 10 out of 10 clean spacious, just like the pictures, and I will be staying there again.
