The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from Plaza del Sol. Parking is easy, with spaces available right in front of the hotel or across the street. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the bellboys, who are always ready to assist. The room was spacious and very clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. It was also quiet, and the large, comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight — the omelette and Mexican-style eggs were especially delicious, thanks to the skill of the excellent cook.

The staff is wonderful. The rooms look just like the pictures. They are clean. The pool was open.The breakfast buffet was okay. The bathroom is amazing. The pool was open, but it was cold because of the weather. We had a wonderful time.
