Featuring a spacious garden and outdoor swimming pool, this hotel is situated in Santiago de Querétaro’s financial district. The city's historic centre is only 5 minutes’ drive away. We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.

VILLAS EL ENCANTO is offering accommodation in Jalpan de Serra. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The staff was very friendly (but without feeling unnatural) The room and bed very comfortable, good size The A/C well maintained (no rattling noise, no moldy smell) Peaceful place a little outside the town center Well maintained garden with pool in it Windows were of good quality and keep sound out Parking easy accessible
