Conveniently located above a mall with various places to eat and shops. Loved the Mezzanine which was bright and airy. nice to sit and charge devices . Seemed popular with groups celebrating birthdays etc. Live music was nice. My room was spacious and super comfortable. Restaurant downstairs offered a breakfast buffet and food was nice. I ate dinner one night and the ceviche was perfect, delicious soup and ribeye steak.

This place is really an oasis in the heart of Tlacotalpan. The building is beautifully restored with period-appropriate tiling, fixtures, and hardwood pillars. Our standard room was modestly sized but nicely appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and Louis the housecat is a lively presence! The whole vibe is very calm, quiet, and classy. We didn't try the spa facilities, but appreciated the pool, bathrobes, etc. A great place for a break in one of the prettiest small towns in the Americas.

Easy to find, very central to the área I was traveling. Very clean place, humble staff, very calma place.

Even though it is located in a very busy boulevard, I had no problems with noise. The beds are OK and the number of pillows provided is good. The room is very spacious and it had a terrace (which I never figured out how to access). It has an OXXO just 100m away.
