The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant. Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed. The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

The room is very spacious and it had a terrace (which I never figured out how to access). It has an OXXO just 100m away.

Everything is at hand, the pool, the beach, the restaurant. The weather was particularly nice. There were some other guests but it was not crowed and this is probably due the slightly secluded location of the hotel. A really nice and quite place, perfect for unplugging from daily life.
