The unit was clean, modern and well maintained. We had a fantastic view of the city skyline, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The check in process was smooth and the building felt very secure with access card entry. The location is very convenient. Mahkota Parade and Hatten Square are both a stone’s throw away. We also walked to Menara Taming Sari and enjoyed the view from the rotating tower.

Helpful with questions, answers quickly - the best service in Malaysia that we have experienced so far. No ignoring, as I have experienced at other accommodations. +Beautiful view from the apartment - it has a balcony. +Hot water, functional air conditioning, quality beds, fast wifi, stove and cooking utensils. Everything works as it should. +The price also includes access to the rooftop pool on the 36th floor - a beautiful view of the sunset, a gym, a yoga studio, an observation deck and a children's playground with a place to sit, which is on the lower floor (I think the 18th floor), for children there is shade all day. +Oh, and I almost forgot about the nice surprise in the form of toys for children in the apartments. +I can't rate anything other than a full 10 points, we are really satisfied.
