Situated in Kota Kinabalu and with Filipino Market Sabah reachable within 1.7 km, Ritz Residence, Imago Mall Loft B features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout... The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

Boasting a sauna, Homexuite Vacation @ Sri Indah is set in Sandakan. This apartment offers free private parking and a lift. Everything was perfect. This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Bonheur at Karambunai is set in Kota Kinabalu, 80 metres from Karambunai Beach and 29 km from Filipino Market Sabah. This villa is located directly at the beach with an amazing view. You have your own veranda, sun beds and a pool. Inside it is spacious, very clean and with a beautiful interior. Nathan our host was lovely, warm and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend it.

Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Wonderful sunset view from the pool.

Located in Lahad Datu, Myoldhouse features a garden and shared lounge. This homestay provides free private parking and luggage storage space. We loved our stay here and wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hosts, comfortable, spacious rooms, tranquil, with a beautiful garden. Breakfast was a plus, each day it was different. We loved trying the local delicacies provided. There is also water, tea, and coffee available 24 hours, you can refill your water bottles. This was the most peaceful, relaxing stay in 3 weeks.

The house is way prettier than the photos: it's very clean and authentic. We had dinner there for a very reasonable price and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. The breakfast included is also tasty and was very big: they serve two plates, one sweet and one salty, to accommodate different tastes. Everything is cooked in house.
