We were very happy with our stay: everything was clean, tidy, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable visit. A huge plus is that the washing machine also has a drying mode, and there was even a small packet of detergent for a single wash. The bathroom has a beautiful view of the Petronas Towers. The pool is spacious with an amazing view, and there were always very few people. The only nuance is that you need to go down to the ground floor to get pool towels. The staff was very kind and welcoming. P.S. Photos taken at check-out, that’s why it looks messy :)

This is such an oasis in the concrete jungle of KL, located just a mere 10min walk away from TRX mrt station, plenty of eateries around, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by greeneries, providing a relaxing vibe. The rooms are clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here, definitely will come back again in future. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about this hotel! We stayed for three nights and had two connecting rooms - each one was very spacious, around 40m2, impeccably clean with every facility we could imagine including a sofa, ultra silent air conditioning, amazing beds, bath and shower, very tasteful decor, great TV and movies, generous free minibar with water (a must due to the hot temperatures). We loved the buffet breakfasts and dinners - it was a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. The gym is among the best we have seen in a hotel with machines, free weights, several treadmills, etc., the infinity swimming pool is a great size for swimming as well as lounging around and the spa is also excellent. All the staff were very helpful and kind, a special mention for Ms Aslina Semsudin, the director of guest experiences who was very helpful. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent with the Petronas Towers and many shopping areas within 10-15 minutes walk.
