Surrounded by vast, tree-lined gardens, the charming Convento São Paulo offers 2 outdoor pools a tennis court and offers 4 padel courts. Beautiful breakfast buffet. We also had dinner at the convent and it was very good with a wonderful wine from the area. The property itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful, with many original features from the 12th C. It is very beautiful.

Surrounded by 80 000m² of beautiful gardens, this 5-star hotel is 4 km from Évora city centre and housed in a renovated 15th-century convent. It offers a piano bar and free parking. Wonderful compound - a historical monastery where the original spirit and details are nicely maintained and incorporated. Most impressive was the Church that was still there and active, incorporated in the domain. One of the most beautiful Churches we saw on our trip in Portugal. Nice outside pool area and a little spa and inside pool.

We loved our casa, loved having the goats nearby. Sweet little swimming pool. And the camp being area next-door was very convenient. They had a great little store and bakery, coffee, etc. but what was really special is that we had a fresh loaf of bread delivered to us twice, and a bottle of wine was left for us. That was delicious. Also a sweet area in the back of the house to hang out on lawn chairs and we had a picnic table in the front and a nice drying rack to hang our clean clothes. Tatiana gave us very good information. We walked for kilometers for dinner at Sacas and walk back at night. It was a lovely evening.. we were so happy that we stayed here for two nights. It’s a great place to stop for a rest. Lots of great beaches to visit and easy to get by yourself and enjoy the peace.
