The staff was very friendly and nice, they offered coffee to us while we checked in. The building itself is very beautiful, looks like castle. Rooms are clean and beautiful as well. We really liked the concept of this hotel. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Set in Coimbra, 3.3 km from Portugal dos Pequenitos and 3.4 km from Santa Clara a Velha Monastery, Oryza Guest House& Suites offers accommodation with free WiFi and access to a garden. Lovely property with a lovely host, Edgar. This was one of my favorite accommodations of my two week trip to Portugal. I appreciated the location being a short drive outside the city center but close enough to enjoy all that Coimbra has to offer. Edgar was so kind, extremely helpful and really made my stay special. The renovation of the family home is very stylish while remaining respectful of the home’s history. The attention to detail in my room and throughout the home is one of the best I’ve seen. Don’t forget to look up and admire the detail of the ceilings! The breakfast was always fresh, delicious and plentiful. I especially loved the fresh farm eggs made to order as well as the orange juice squeezed from their groves out back and the fresh baked cakes. I highly recommend Oryza for your Coimbra stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Most friendly people & staff which Dinther utmost best to make you feel welcome. We stayed in a tent, which was perfect. Property located at a remote spot with an astonishing view! Perfect holiday with kids. 2x large swimming pools in main area, which were just perfect for young(er) kids as well, as their entry is rather shallow, slowly gradually getting more deep, making it also suitable for adults. We loved it!

Set on an early 19th century building Bemyguest - Loft Guest House Jardim das Mães Charming was completely renovated and offers accommodation in historical centre of Viseu. Good value. We always stay at Bemyguest. Will stay again. Something new, launder close by. Best restaurant next to it. And have different partners for breakfast and dinner.
