Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located at Estrada das Covas nº8, São Jorge, Madeira Island, 50 km from Funchal. The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes. Owner is very nice and she cooks very well! Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfy! We had a nice ocean view!

Situated in a restored 18th-century home, Casa Da Piedade offers a lounge with fireplace, outdoor garden with barbecue and brightly decorated rooms. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Everything was just wonderful, the room was cozy and bright. The bed was massive and comfy ish. There a fridge near the kitchen that you can put your stuff in. And breakfast is lovely too. Definitely be coming back 😊 Oh and the cats name is Tacha, and she sooo sweet

Renovat recent, hotelul de 4 stele Baía Azul este situat ideal, la 4 minute de mers pe jos de plaja din Funchal. Honestly everything! Maybe one of the best hotel stays ever. The sun deck balcony is amazing place to relax and chill, the hotel staff is great, the views stunning. Can’t wait to come back!
