We cannot offer enough praise for The Rebello. From the first moment, we received the warmest welcome and the utmost assistance at the front desk. We were helped to our room — an unexpected upgrade to a commanding river view — and introduced to all amenities which encompassed an all-inclusive mini-bar. We paid a visit to the restaurant/bar and were assisted by the most extraordinary Claudia for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our meals were prepared exactly to our liking due to Claudia’s willingness to communicate with the kitchen and the kitchen’s willingness to accommodate us. The next day, breakfast was similarly pleasing. We stayed only one night but that was enough to make us wish we had arrived much earlier. The hotel is a short walk to the dock for Uniworld and other river boats. Staff even offered to take our bags there for us! We love you guys at the Rebello!

Far enough away from the busy tourist area, but close enough to get there quickly and easily. The property was clean and well organized. Very polite and helpful hosts. There was nothing to not like. Everything was excellent, from our welcome to our departure hug. The room was beautiful, clean and even had laundry detergent! The dining room was airy, clean and well set up. Breakfast was incredible, so much food and it was all delicious. It was fabulous to have laundry facilities. Elisabete is gorgeous, a thoughtful and delightful host.
