When you come up to the door it looks like an ordinary place to stay. However, when you go up the stairs it opens up into a true oasis! There is a beautiful courtyard with a kitchen, a BBQ area, a big table and comfy couch along with a number of secluded sunny areas to relax on big bean bag chairs. If that wasn't enough, you see the pool! With a beautiful area around it where you can lounge about. Then we went into our room which was gorgeous! Great bathroom and the most comfortable bed we have slept in yet! And just to add to the perfect setting - a bottle of wine, some cheese and crackers and a sweet pastry were set out for us to enjoy. Truly a wonderful way to end a day of hiking! I think we have been spoiled for the rest of the trip!!

The resort was excellent. There was a misunderstanding regarding our room type upon check-in but the staff handled it well and sorted it out for us. Our (final) room was spacious with a view of the pool as stated in our booking. They also helped my husband organize a surprise birthday morning greeting with flowers and also a nice family dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The facilities were great and the food was fantastic too. Thank you for a memorable stay at Alcochete!

A house to be away from the city, noise and confusion and have contact with fauna and flora in their natural habitat. Room and its surrounding areas. Service staff are nice and supportive, we can call for laundry very late at night time and get it done by tomorow morning.

Comfortable, perfectly clean, easy to find, next to the road but quiet, with welcoming and helpful staff — I’ve got all I needed for those two days. The young man at the reception was exceptionally courteous and spoke English fluently. The hotel has a free private parking for about 10-12 cars.
