The resort was excellent. There was a misunderstanding regarding our room type upon check-in but the staff handled it well and sorted it out for us. Our (final) room was spacious with a view of the pool as stated in our booking. They also helped my husband organize a surprise birthday morning greeting with flowers and also a nice family dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The facilities were great and the food was fantastic too. Thank you for a memorable stay at Alcochete!

A house to be away from the city, noise and confusion and have contact with fauna and flora in their natural habitat. Room and its surrounding areas. Service staff are nice and supportive, we can call for laundry very late at night time and get it done by tomorow morning.

The warmth and hospitality were tremendous, the homemade food better than most anything I’ve had in Portugal, the accommodations, clean, and private and well appointed. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I needed a place to stay at not far from Ansião, and I was surprised to find the modern hotel in that area. Comfortable, perfectly clean, easy to find, next to the road but quiet, with welcoming and helpful staff — I’ve got all I needed for those two days. The young man at the reception was exceptionally courteous and spoke English fluently. The hotel has a free private parking for about 10-12 cars.

It was a decent sized room with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Bathroom excellent. Make sure to make an appointment for the "spa" indoor heated pool with sauna, steam room, and a lovely ambience.

A couple of messages during our stay from the host just to check in and see if we needed anything. We would thoroughly recommend this villa.
